Where does study take place?

All study is online. All you need is an internet connection and a browser. Courses are a mixture of video content, written content and exercises. Our courses are very hands on and practical – you are applying your learnings to your own brand as you go. We do also use video conferencing for drop in Q+A sessions, these are not compulsory, they are for any specific questions you may have. We don’t cover any original course content in this format so don’t panic if you can’t make it.

Is the ‘How to build a rockstarbrand’ course right for me?

This course is for you if you have a business, but want greater clarity around your brand and how to engage your ideal customer.

This course is for you if you believe in the power of brand to create growth (you should).

This course is for you if you are bloody good at what you do, but not so good at telling people about it.

This course is for you if you have a new idea and want to make sure it’s positioned for success from the get go.

This course is not for you if you are looking for a get rich quick program. You need to be committed and you need to do the work. We will give you a very powerful and effective framework for success, and support you on the way, but the result is up to you.

This course is not for you if you want to learn to design your brand identity. This is all about the strategic foundation before design occurs. 

How much time do I need to commit?

Our courses are self-paced, you can take it slowly, or binge like it’s Game of Thrones. We think a good pace is spending between 2 and 4 hours a week.

Are your courses just for women?

No. We are super passionate about supporting women, but let’s face it entrepreneurship is entirely gender neutral. Everyone is welcome.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes, we are launching a scholarship program in 2021. If you are interested in hearing about it as soon as it launches let us know.

Do you offer refunds?

We have no doubt in the life changing power of our courses. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will schedule a call to discuss your situation and you will be required to complete a refund request form. We do not offer refunds on any other products or services.

What kind of support wilL I have during the course?

We are here to support you on your journey. In addition to the actual course content you will have access to the following:

Live Q+A Calls
Every Friday we host live Q+A video calls with Emma and Jodie. Drop in anytime during one of those and we’ll tackle any questions you have and provide any guidance you need. You’ll get all the details once you have purchased a course.

Discussion Forum
When you enrol in a course you get access to a private discussion forum exclusively for students. Post any question you may have and get the help you need. Don’t have a question? Browse around, share ideas and join in the conversation. There are many like-minded individuals in our community which is a big part of the fun!

Private Facebook Group
Join The Brand Brigade Community to share ideas and engage with our broader community.
